6X9 question??
I would like to replace the Bose 6X9 woofers with 2 way 6X9s. My question is where is the signal crossover taking place. At the spearkers or at the Bose amp?? And if it's happening at the Bose amp, can that be tweaked or am I SOL and need a new amp??

it usually is at the amplifer that has a crossover function
