wire diagram viper 5901 WINDOW COMFORT FEATURE

does any one know how to wire a g35 03 coupe so when u activate the Comfort Close feature the windows go up and set the aux1 to drop the window?

i know its possible without a module but just don't know how... can someone shed some light? really don't want to spend more money for a window module

Should be straight forward. Turn comfort closure on to type 2(make sure your door lock wires are connected, lock should be yellow and unlock whould be light blue in the car), and then connect the aux 1 (white/violet) to the unlock wire. I'm not sure if the 200mA output is enough to trigger the window, so you may need a relay, or 451M. Don't forget though, doing this will unlock the drivers door as you are pulsing the unlock wire. But then again, you can always turn on active arming so if the door isn't opened, the car will lock/re-arm itself.

200 ma is plenty to trigger the windows to roll up and down, make sure u hook an aux to unlock and lock if you want to be able to roll the windows up and down via the viper key fob, optionally you can enable youre windows to roll up(if left down) upon arming the alarm.

so i have 2 options?

option 1 is the car automatically does it -comfrot close?
and to open use aux 1 to open

options 2 ..hold a botton to close and another button to open the windows..

- i want option 2 if possible...do i need extra wiring or module?

You could do both - you have options here.

I don't think it's possible to do comfort closing only - I believe comfort opening and closing are a package. But, that doesn't mean you can't always raise the windows on arm and then use an AUX to lower them when you want to.

You could use a DEI timer relay triggered off of the GWA output of the alarm to output a 10 second pulse on the lock wire. This will cause your windows to go up every time you arm the alarm and the timer relay is around $15 on Ebay. You could then use an AUX output, set to validity and connected to your unlock wire, to lower the windows.

my goal is to be able to close and open the window without it automatically closing, is that possible?

Yes, use two Aux channels or one aux channel and the dome light supervision wire through a relay (basically you can only lower the windows within 30 seconds of disarming the system)

If you have 2 free validity channels that is the way to go - if you only have one channel using a relay and the domelight supervision will make it work. Most of the newer alarms should have enough channels to do this but some of the older alarms don't.

Connect Aux 3 to the lock wire, connect Aux 4 to the unlock wire, program both for validity. No parts are needed.

You MUST run the wires in to the doors for this to work.
