Question Peripheral SVEN4/OEM2 Adapter for DD Head Unit

About to have my Pioneer AVH-P4100DVD (+ Bluetooth adapter) installed and just ordered the Peripheral SVEN4/OEM2 Adapter today!

Have any of you had any experience with this adapter and how is the sound quality from the Bose speakers? How is this adapter in comparison to the PAC adapter etc.?

Thanks

Not sure on sound quality, but I'm not sure it's even necessary with the pioneer unit, since it should have speaker-level and preamp outputs.

When I installed a Pioneer U310BT into a bose-equipped coupe, there were no sound quality issues when using the Metra 7551 harness.

Just to clarify: to my knowledge there are 3 harnesses you can use with the OEM Bose speakers: Metra, PAC, and Peripheral. So I just wanted to know how the Peripheral adapter compares to the others.

The only SVEN4 I can find is this one:

Product Description: The Super VEN (SVEN4 - 4 channel) has been created as an one-device solution for today's sophisticated vehicles sound systems. It has programmable input and output circuitry with slide switches, which allows connection of RCA level or speaker level input or output. One SVEN can do the job of up to six typical LOC (line out converters)
Unless you're talking about a different product, I don't see why you would buy a line output converter for a head unit that already has line outputs, which the Bose amplifier expects to receive. If you had, and wanted to keep the non-Bose factory headunit and add an aftermarket amp, you would want this.
I do not see any mention of converting to a balanced signal in the product description - which would make it a reasonable purchase, as some have had issues with noise when keeping the Bose amplifier and speakers.

If it's a different product, which is just a harness without any circuitry, I don't see how it would be any different from the Metra or PAC, which seem to have the same track record.
