New Tweeters to replace stock Bose?

I have an 04 coupe Bose system! Most of my friends with other G35 say my system sounds way better than there stock Bose! So as of now I dont want to replace all my speakers do to Im happy with the system now! On some songs my tweeters crackle! I was going to buy some POWER ACOUSTIK NB.1 tweeters to install in the stock location! Now i been ready forums about upgrading speakers on stock amp and head unit is a waste of time! My question is if i update to a nice after market tweeter with its own built in crossover will it sound better than stock? looking for alittle more crisp high and louder highs! Also what color in the stock wiring is + - ? Thanks for your time help and advice Josh!
