Double Din 4100 Installed,Help

Hey everyone. I just installed a avhp4100 pioneer unit in my 2004 G35Coupe. To me it sounded better with the stock head unit, but I think it is because of somethings I read on here about the Bose sub/amp. Is there anyway to keep the Bose speakers but like maybe bypass the bose so they sound how they did before? Different omb. Thanks

I forgot to add. When installing, my buddy used the Nissan wiring harness with the RCA's. Dont know if they will help with this post.
