HU with hard drive.
Pionner z2 and z3 come to mind, I think they are 10gb or so and even have software to tag the songs for you
you can even get a bigger harddrive via ebay
ive seen some here and there but thats the major one with tagging

Also, some newer HUs will read up to an 8gb flash drive.
Or you can do what I did and get a HU with ipod control. Get the biggest ipod you can find.
I have a 120gb Ipod full of music and album artwork. Basically a hardrive...

Pioneer unit + iPod is the best way to go right now.
The iPod's near universal-support in head units and the now common front & rear AUX jacks killed any incentive for manufacturers to put hard drives in for any reason other than to store navigation info.
Some supported external hard drives to some extent, but nowhere near as well as any support the iPod.

To answer blazeplacid for you, No. You don't need an internal hard drive.
If you want it for music storage, get an iPod. They're supported by most headunits already, store more than the very few units with internal hard drives ever did, and they're TONS cheaper than the premium that was placed on the few headunits that used hard drives to store music. They're superior in every single way.
The myGig system used in a few dodge vehicles had decent storage and (I believe) could be loaded from USB drives, however, it was a $1000+ premium over the standard system. You can get a 120gb iPod and a really good DD nav unit for under $1000.
There's just no justification for these units, which is why they don't exist.
