600 CAN at a@b sound...it was cause i knew the installer. the head installer quoted 1300 so he couldve gotten in [censored] for giving it to me that cheap hah

 

Nice and simple. Be carful with anything moving around in the trunk so you dont damage that sub.

is that an 8" or a 10", sealed or ported... and how does it sound?

im planning on making a sealed box for a 8" with 250/1 or 500/1, but im not sure if it will sound good or not.

its a 10" sealed...box is built to spec. it POUNDS but i bet it could pound more since its only hooked to the stock deck rite now. i cant really even handle it when i leave the bass at 5. it gets a little too loud lol...i usually leave the bass (on the stock deck) at 2 and it sounds perfect. to me at least. my friends like to **** me off and leave it at 5 so i cant hear SHIET when im driving

i have the 10W6 with 250/1 sealed box that i built for my brothers bimmer convertible right now in my trunk but its not that great... plan on upgrading very soon! : )

I have a 10W6-V2 in a sealed box in my Tahoe that I run off a 500/1 I am pretty happy with. The thing pounds. An 8W7 will sound really good too. In TLUV's coupe we put in two 8W3-V2's in the rear deck that also sounds very good. Or go all the way like G35Lin's a put in a 10W7.
