Could this be done?

Is it possible to install a bose stereo from an 05 g35 to an 03 g35?

Bose system is worse than the base anyway. If you have to replace the base system, aftermarket's the way to go.

yes... but why would you? Bose car audio is usually over rated. you're better off going aftermarket like others said.
