ok, so if you have been reading my Hertz thread you will know that I am now being swayed toward other setups, so I decided the topic needed to be discussed in a new thread. DonPisto thinks I should go with a 15" sub instead of two 10"s. What is everyone elses thoughts? and with those thoughts what brands would you prefer for either size. I want a clean sounding system that I'll feel but also hear the bass, and yet pretty cheap (i'm 17 with only a part time job). I want to put it (them) in the spare well so if that makes any difference.

In addition for the components in my car I have been advised to Phoenix's but still hear Hertz is a good quality brand. Which one does everyone think? Remember I'm on a tight budget because after the subs and components I still need amps haha. So any help would be wonderful.
