05 wooden dash unit to metal dash unit
Yea? Is it easy to do? Also the headunit I am about to purchase to replace mine in the picture says check disk. I believe they were using blank discs to show that it works but I'm not sure. Any ideas?
Just look for the guides on swapping to a double din. Most of the pieces come off for that anyway.
I'd avoid replacing the factory headunit with another factory headunit, their reliability isn't the greatest, so you might as well only replace it once, and get all the other benefits of a good aftermarket headunit as well.

Thanks I completely agree with on that this head unit is a piece of **** an if I wasn't in school fulltime and working I would definitly double din it. But this economical way will hopefully work for me until I get a job out of school.
Thanks for your help
