Where to download highest quality MP3 songs

Tried itunes but there not in MP3 format,..where can i download the highest quality MP3 songs even if i have to pay for them ??

you are in the Audio section but it's in the Tech area.

stuff that posted here are usually concerning Audio equipment and installation.
