Installing NAV/Info Center to non-navi G

I have an OE non-navi G35 Coupe.

Is there any way you can add a DD or similar system that will include metrics of the MPG etc feature on the stock NAV????

Thx
JT

Add stock? Not unless you're dumb, rich and masochistic. Here's just part of what you'll have to install:

DD with similar system? Yes. Pioneer X920BT and soon-to-be-released Z120BT both have "eco-graph" stuff. Or you can use the tried-and-true method of determining your MPG by determining how far you're pushing the pedal down.
