Hole center console not working 03 coupe questions? help?

Smile Hole center console not working 03 coupe questions? help?

i have a 2003 g35 coupe

the hole centor console seems to have a mind of its own and only wants to work when it wants to.

it still has AC and radio still works but i cant control the AC temperature, low or high speed setting or turn it off or anything.

radio i can only control from the steering wheel, the spot where the cassette player is just goes blank. none of the volume/ seek/ CD buttons work .

anyone have this happen to their car? anyone have any ideas of what might be causing this?

really would appreciate the help!

this is a very common problem with these cars. i had the exact same problem, the best way to fix this is by getting a jdm dash kit and put an aftermarket radio in there. there is also a cheaper version of the dash kit made by metra, the climate control buttons are rubber instead of being oem plastic. did a quick search on ebay and this is what i got, maybe other members can give better pictures of the kits installed.
