Make sure it's connected right, use a tiny test speaker to connect to one of the channels if you don't have a multimeter.
Could be a bad radio. maybe even try hooking the old one up.

I do have my old radio connected..sunday ill try out the suggestions..ima do it with my bud whos a specialist at best buy for car audio n he knows how to do work legitly..so ill try messin with the blue wires..
