If i buy a speedo instrument cluster from Canada, that shows kilometers, can i install it in my car that has miles, or is there any programming involved, it has of course to be for the same year, transmission, navi, etc

Yes of course, iv just come across a cluster with almost the same miles/kilometers, so thats no problem, just wondering if its just to change

 

Do they make any overlays for these cars?

It raises the rice-o-meter, and odometer and such would be in miles still, but speed would be easier to tell.
