2003 g35 sedan navigation compatible with 2005 g35 coupe?

2003 g35 sedan navigation compatible with 2005 g35 coupe?
I'm planning to upgrade to a coupe since I guess sedan is too big for me and it looks much nicer anyways. I was wondering if it would be possible to just port the screen and the dvd from the 03 sedan into the 05 coupe with no problems? plug and play? Any help would be great thanks.
