Noise in upgraded audio (amp + speakers)

I recently had an amp and speakers installed. I am getting a lot of static and engine/alternator whine.

Details:

2003 G35c Bose w/Navi
Stock HU
Infinity Kappa - Front Doors
Infinity Kappa - Rear Deck
Soundstream STL4.320 amp
Scosche SLC4 Four-channel line output converter

After some research on here it seems I may need a differentially balanced LOC.

A few people suggested the Rockford Fosgate (RF-BLD) Balanced Line Driver as the solution to my problem. Can anyone confirm before I order?

I followed the steps in the Alternator whine section and was able to narrow the alternator whine issue to the head unit, most likely the ground. I am getting it fixed tomorrow.

Edit: this is for alternator whine in general, as I'm not familiar with any specific alternator whine issues coming from a stock HU/navi setup for the G.

Bose is known to have issue with some amps, get one of the balanced LOCs or a different amp, or, even better, a new headunit.

Thanks I ordered the Rockford LOCs. I really don't want a head unit because I just don't see myself using all the great features they comes with so I feel it would be a waste.
