I've had a Kenwood DNX7140 in my car now for a year now. It works great, fits well especially with the JDM DD parts. I have recently tried to update the firmware so that I can update the new maps etc. Unfortunately I have not been able to update this at all. I have tried 3 different cd burning programs and I have burned the files to CD-R, CD+RW, DVD-R and DVD+RW. Tells me "disc error" and the update button never becomes available. Does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried calling Kenwood's tech support but all I get is a busy tone 2 days in a row now....
