Factory keyfob not working after viper removal.

Factory keyfob not working after viper removal.
I installed a viper 5901 a few months ago and I just removed it because I'm selling my car but now the factory keyfob will not work and I have no idea why. I can't even reprogram it. After the hazard lights flash and I hit a button nothing happens. Could I have disconnected something when I installed/uninstalled the alarm?

i tried using a new transmitter. still nothing

Did you reinstall the factory alarm?

I never uninstalled it. I didnt know you could.
