Floor Jack Pad/Adapter

ordered this adapter for my floor jack on the advice of John at ZL1addons and it works great.
just find a spot along the pinch weld near the factory jacking points. adapter will stay attached as it is magnetic. slide jack under adapter on car and off you go with no worries.
used mine for the first time today while changing my wheels and it could not have been easier or safer. first time I really felt comfortable jacking car with the floor jack with no worries of damage or slipping.
great product and highly recommended if you use floor jack.

I just use a hockey puck. Works great, and have never had any damage to the body crease on any car. The puck is just soft enough to "fold in" and provide a nice, shallow v shaped slot to let the metal rest in, and it distributes the load equally over the entire surface to prevent in bends/damage.
Metal on rubber is much less likely to slip than metal on metal.

I just use a hockey puck. Works great, and have never had any damage to the body crease on any car. The puck is just soft enough to "fold in" and provide a nice, shallow v shaped slot to let the metal rest in, and it distributes the load equally over the entire surface to prevent in bends/damage.
