06 G35 Sedan non Bose

Looking to play my 3G iphone updated to OS4, through the stock head unit. What is the best and cheapest way to go for this little project?

Thanks, I read that one. I just did not want to send a lot of money on a new radio and dash kit. But I may not have a option.
