Short answer? no.
Long answer? Yes. Using several relays that use the telephone on signal to simultaneously swap where the two stering wheel control wires are directed (headunit or telephone unit) and switch the audio source going to the Bose amp, it *might* work.
So you'd need:
(3) +5v DPDT relays
#1 TEL ON signal wire connected to the positive coil, Remote control A and B from the steering wheel on the common terminals, NC terminals connected to the telephone unit, NO terminals connected to the steering wheel adapter for the new headunit (PAC SWI).
#2 TEL ON signal wire connected to the positive coil, left front audio + and - going to the Bose amp on the common terminals, NC terminals connected to the TEL voice signal + and -, NO terminals connected to the left from audio + and - from the new headunit.
#3 TEL ON signal wire connected to the positive coil, accessory +12v wire on the NO side, MUTE wire from new headunit on the common side.
Technically, this should work almost identically to the factory setup, with the exception that the audio signal would only go to the front left speaker.
