Do you know if you can take the control climate off of the OEM and place it on they unit you are selling right now??

 

The button? Yes you can desolder it from the factory unit and put it on this one. I haven't done it but I know others have. You can remove the dead button. Here are the pics. Sorry about the quality (cell phone camera). I can't find my SD card for my camera.

u can desolder the button and resolder it.. don't forget to do the same with the led..

 

couldnt you just use your stock buttons from ur stock head unit because it would already have the dual..u can take the hole buttons and plug fixture and put use it for this double din finisher right? if so ill probaly pik this up haha still available?

 

yes.. but you would have to desolder the led and resolder it back on if you want the button to light up dual.. i can't remember if i did the same with the button or if it just popped off and snapped on the a/c controls.. but you have to desolder and solder the led..
