Pulling the radio fuse in the battery box for about 10sec can help unjam them to get them out.

Swapping with another stock unit in an '05 is pretty straightforward, just hit the DDin shopping/resource sticky for instructions on removal and reinstallation. You'll just have to make sure it's from an 05-06 sedan or 05-07 coupe matching bose or non-bose.

But, the best way to fix the problem is to go aftermarket.

Where is it exactly i looked in the fuse box on the driver side seat by the clutch pedal or where is it in the battery box under the hood?

You need to remove the entire panel, not just the easily removeable window to get to the fuse box there.

Punching it while it's moving around may help, but it's just one of the facts of these horrible stock units. Disassemble it once you've picked up something aftermarket, and get the CDs out that way.
