Radio Unit Not Working

I've got an 03 Coupe and the radio unit is not responding to the dash buttons but the steering wheel seems to make it work. I was wondering if anyone has replaced #28041-AM813(Circuit Board) to fixed the problem? Thanks.

I have the same problem on a G35 Sedan. Did you ever get a reply?

Probably no reply since any search will come up with a dozen of the same answer.

Yes, replacing the board will fix the radio, but the failing power supply that burned out the board will burn out the new one over time.

Fix it by replacing the radio with something aftermarket.

Our stock radios seem to suck. I have heard about a lot of them failing like this or the CD player breaking like it did on mine. Is this common for old cars, it seems like it shouldn't be.
