Which kit is available out there that would work for my car, I keep reading different things about this...

Will the USA Spec PA15-NIS work for me?

I have stock radio:
-NON Bose
-NO Satellite option

My car is an 06 if that matters...

AFAIK, you can use the "DISK" button instead of the "SAT" button if you dont have a SAT button on your stock HU.

I currently have it installed in mine using the SAT button.

You just need to configure the USA SPEC PA15-NIS so that it will use the "DISK" button by turning switches on the side of the USA SPec adaptor on or off.

You could also check the USA spec web site for more info..
