04-07 g35 Ipod Adapter w/ Text

Selling my lightly used Ipod Isimple adapter. Owned for about a month, used for about 2 weeks. Bought it thinking I would keep my OEM radio and just use this adapter but I got a good deal on a touchscreen head unit and will replace it sunday or next friday. Hesitated to install because I did not know how simple it was, if you can change your oil, you can install this adapter. It simply just plugs in between the radio and the infiniti harness. No extra wires or soldering included. Very high quality adapter, easy to hide, charges your ipod/iphone while you drive, can set it to either be controlled from the ipod itself, or to control it from the headunit/steering wheel controls. Also comes with AUX ports to connect a phone charger, etc. Plays incredibly clear as well, no rasp or static, works perfect.

Will ship out day after payment.
Adapter still on car but if someone is interested ill take it off right after payment, seriously its a 15min install.

Picture 1 - The ipod connected (ipod not included), used paint to include my username and date because the sign was a different username.

Picture 2 - When purchased, seller didnt included the adapter box but he did send it to me shortly after i sent him that picture it wasnt included, just posted the picture to provide everything included.

Picture 3 - Actual picture of what everything looks like

Questions? PM me

Sold!

When you say it plugs into the harness, the harness in the trunk?

I meant like the actual infiniti itself, not sure what you want to call it. I thought harness was the proper term. Whats connected to the OEM radio now, is where this adapter would go in between.

The first picture is all that is shown after its installed. I would have to take apart the whole headunit to take a picture of it actually connected which I don't really feel like doing unless the buyer is 99.9% sure they will buy

So its literally one harness that you plug into the back of the stock headunit? Theres no adjusting settings or anything?

Nope. Basically unscrew your head unit. You'll see where the radio is connected to the actual car itself. 2 Big white block sized connectors. You disconnect them and put this adapter in between them. Sort of like an extension. Then just run the ipod cable through the glove box or where ever you want it. I Include instructions that came with it that say step by step what to do, after its installed and put back together, you just need to give it 5minutes to have the radio analyze the adapter.

and like in picture one. The cable and your ipod/iphone is the only thing that will be visable when your done. The adapter box can be just tucked behind the radio.

Sounds extremely simple.. Im just curious why people wouldn't choose this over the USA Spec Pa15-NIS.

Can you control both the ipod AND steering wheel control at the same time? or you have to pick one or the other.

It is extremely simple. My friend has the USA spec Pa15-NIS and he was the one that helped me with the install (this was before I knew how easy it was) Same quality just less wires and mess with this one. Maybe just by popular vote?

You can only control them one at a time, when the radio displays the text as IPOD then you can control it from you radio/steering wheel, you can still control the volume and equalizer just cant change songs. If its Aux 2 then you control it from the ipod.
