Anybody run 1/0 power wire?

How hard was it to fit through the panels? Did everything snap back up afterwards, or would it be better to run a couple 4ga wires? I plan on running about 900W total plus some other minor electronics (fans, a PG TiDD5)

I did.

Easy. Yes they go in place, no, it's not better to run two 4 gauge.

I used a Tsunami brand dual amp kit, the zip-ties that came with it were crap, but the rest of the kit is quite good.

Sorry I don't have any pics of the battery box area to show how stuff is routed/arranged in there, but it's pretty easy to just cut a small slit in the rubber grommet that all the rest of the wires run through and drop it down through the dash. I think the wire can go along the same path that the SAT radio harness goes to get into the trunk, in addition to the way I routed mine - up and to the top - so that the distribution block could be mounted up on the rear deck.
