G35 Electrical help with alarm
It would help to know what year your car is and if it is a coupe or sedan. There are many places on the 'net to find wire colors / locations. Two really good ones are www.the12volt.com and www.bulldogsecurity.com
From the looks of the install guide you posted you have an alarm designed for the European market. Should be interesting to see how it works out for you.

You would be best off trying to find a service manual for your car. Is it JDM or EDM? I believe the JDM cars are more similar to the USDM then the EDMs, at least from an electrical perspective.

The indicators would be in the lt.pdf file, the trunk release, trunk pin, and hood pin should all be in the dl.pdf file. The horn should be in there somewhere, not sure where. The horn is listed as a (-) wire in one of the links I posted above, you can use that wire with a relay to reverse polarity of your siren output. If you want an audible indication I would highly suggest getting a dedicated siren.
I wouldn't bother with the dome light
