I figured I would mount it in the visor. any one have any tips on taking out the visor, running wires from the visor down the pillar, and where to take power from? Thanks

I was hoping somebody who'd done this before would give experienced answers for you, but from what I've run in that area:
Well, the pillar is a piece of cake, just grab and pull, it comes right off. There's enough room in there to run a hundred wires.
Just remove the visor, feed the wires through the hole with a piece of fish-tape (or *very* large zip-tie, like I use) towards the windshield, and it should be visible there, then just pull through all the excess and shove it down along the pillar and then use something to shove it back on top of the headliner.

I'd take power from the cigarette lighter.

Thanks for the tips, I ended up taking power from the fuse box as i already had an add a fuse there for my phone charger (wired in). I grounded to the latch for the hood. I didnt hook up the camera yet because I had no time. What other device should I put in? dvd player, n64, ps2, xbox 360... tell me what you think. also, because the buttons were on the side of the screen when it was in its case and would not be reachable when in the visor I extended all the wires so the PCB would side on the ledge above the trunk button. I will screw it in tomorrow!
Here are some pics.
this was last night before I ran any wires.. this thing took 6 hours to get fitted in the visor!

powered it up, first try tonight

I could not fit all the wires through the hing so I drilled a hole and put them here. I will put a loom around them tomorrow

I used the front of the fame as the border but I had to trim the upper right hand corner to get it to clear the hinge.. im looking for a different edge molding to use.. but for now this is fine..

I stripped apart the n64 today.. it turns out you need something called a game key (special screw driver) to open it.. screw that, I drilled out the screws and cut open the case haha. I started to mount the components in the trunk, I ran video to both screens (soon to be three more) I mounted and extended the controller ports, and I ran audio. PICS

Here is the switch I installed.. I originally had a switch inline with the power going to the trunk but that made the power inverter act funky so I extended the switch alllll the way here!
