Most of the ones that I have seen installed are pretty straight forward. Just pull the wires through the firewall and tuck away the ones you have routed to the grill.

Keep in mind, Laser jammers are illegal in all 50 states. As far as wiring diagrams, hopefully someone else can chime in. I'd think the product might come with some generalized schematics on where to run the wires. From there creativity and Macgyver techniques will help a lot Good luck!

if you're in california, I wouldn't worry about it too much as its only an infraction.

If the cop gun you and u jam their radar isnt that a automatic pull over for u and have something suspicious? and also i think radars are still illegal thats why some have the VG-2 or spectre for undetectable

some jammers put out error readings on their gun. Or when your jammers go off slow down to the speed limit then turn them off and he will get a speed on you

if a cop with a laser gun recieves an error reading, he will still know who has the jammer because the salser guns shoot a LASER… it is only capable of hitting one specific target… it dosnt work with the same principals that radars work with.

Radar jammers are illegal, but lasers aren't.

They'll give error readings until they get a good return. So long as you slow down rapidly but not obviously (no nose dive) you'll be fine, if you're doing like 5mph over and they're trying to catch you in a trap. If you're doing like 20 over, you're screwed anyway. (and an idiot)

guess yo unever got any advice on laser ajmmer suggestions?

i use the combo escort 9500ci with laser shifters on my g

highly recommend the unit and has worked flawlessly for me. the radar detector has the gps capability so that it is very quiet unless a radar threat is real

i havent run across a laser hit in the 9 mos it has been installed. laser is not very common in VA

i have tested it against a Kustom Prolaser III and it jammed to gun in every instance during testing.

i did the install myself here is the link

https://g35driver.com/forums/audio-v...r-install.html

i have an 06 coupe and had to do a good bit of work with a dremel tool and the grill

but got it to work well and leveled it out with plastic shims. i routed all the wires through the firewall on the passenger side through the grommet there

the grommet is located under the battery compartment. for the rear shifter i have it on the top of the license plate and ran the wire in through the license tag light into the trunk than then through the interior

Lasers are controlled by the FDA, not the FCC (radar) so they are not technically illegal on a federal level. However several states and many cities, towns and municipalities have ordinances against them.

As for the aforementioned Passport, I have 9500xi and it won't do bubkus against laser.
