Help!! Pioneer AVIC D3 is installed in my car and Volume is Lower then stock!!

Ok so i bought my car with the Pioneer AVIC D3 already installed in my car. I have the 05 6mt fully loaded so im guessing it has the top of line Bose system. The volume goes up to 40 and it sounds very quiet. its not even loud when i have the volume on blast. The base also sounds like crap. i tried fussing with the settings couple times ans still nothing. What could the problem be??

Get a PAC ROEM-NIS2 to replace the wiring harness you used during the install.
