Not able to put the DDin kit back to my car...

frustrated after trying some hours to put the DDin bracket back to my car after DDin conversion. It seems it is always about an inch away to the right position. Is there any trick to put it back?

The car is 04 G35 sedan.

I struggled with this today as well. After wring up the pac roem nis2, axxess aswc, and bypass I had a ton of wires keeping my bracket from fitting back into the car. I pushed all of the harnesses down into the space below the dd & a/c control bracket. After about 5 attmepts I was finally able to sqeeze it in enough to line up the srew holes. Then I screwed them in to pull it in the rest of the way.

I think your problem is that the top bracket is going under the bracket it screws in to. Reach your hand down from the clock area to guide it into position to prevent it from happening.

If it's just a lot of wires, tuck them down the sides of the center console area.

wow, this is exactly what I have been thinking. No doubt that I could not make it. The problem is that the design of the top part of the bracket. It folds up like a hook, and there is a hole from the car that I thought the bracket should hook with..

thanks for clarified, you are da man.

I had this same problem when I was installing my aux connection. I felt like an idiot when I figured out what it was.
