New Head Unit Question !

I am 2 weeks new to the wonderful world of owning a G35. Its the 2005 V6 Coupe, 6 speed manual, Bose Sound but no NAVI or Satellite button.

I was reading about getting a new head unit for the radio and I was just curious because everything says this. You will loose you're climate control if you replace the head unit. Does anyone know how to avoid this, or what I have to do to make sure I don't loose climate control when I replace the radio.

Also, any suggestions on a new radio, with an IPOD AUX connection.

Thanks!!

Pretty much every headunit supports iPod. What more do you want, and what is your budget?
