tapping wires from the bose amp for a sub

Should I use the sub + and - or right and left speaker inputs (pre amp) from from the bose amp for the LOC?

If your amp doesn't take differential-balanced inputs, then you have to take the sub outputs coming from the amp, not the inputs.

Take the wires right at the subwoofer and feed them to the LOC.
