New Deck w/ps2. Need suggestions for an inverter. (Pics Inside)
New Deck w/ps2. Need suggestions for an inverter. (Pics Inside)
Got a new JVC Headunit yesterday and decided to dust off an old ps2 slim I found in the garage and hook it up to the deck. It works just fine and looks good. The PS2 fits great in the upper compartment right about the glovebox, but I was wondering if you guys have experimented with any good power inverter ideas. The a/v cords are ran thru a hole I drilled in the side of the upper compartment. To get power though all I am able to do right now is run the power cord to an inverter plugged in to the cigarette light right next to the deck which looks pretty dumb IMO. Anyone know of possibly inverters I can mount under the hood anywhere and run the power cord to that or any way to integrate it to something? Thanks for any tips, etc.
I can post more in depth pics if needed.

The PS2 looks good in there, good idea. Did the slip play dvd's too, or just the fatty version?
Sorry I can't help you with any inverter advice, although a friend ended up picking up a decent cigarette lighter one and splicing it right into the wire for the cigarette lighter.
