passenger seat
Check to make sure nothing is blocking the seats from moving.
While playing with the seat switches, use a multimeter to check at the seat motors to see if they're receiving power. If the motors receive power but aren't moving, then you need new motors.
If there is no power at the seat motors when switches are pushed, get out the multimeter and check for power at the seat power connector, if there's power there, move on, otherwise check the fuses.
Use the multimeter to check each switch for function. If the switches don't function, they could be broken, and need to be replaced.
