Need Audio install help for '04 G35 sedan

Exactly.

The only exceptions are that the antenna amp (power antenna) on the ROEM-NIS2 sometimes has to be connected directly to the accessory +12v wire (bigger red wire) instead of the antenna amp/power antenna wire on the radio's harness.
