have your same car... 'cept BS color... first thing i'd do is... get a z-tube, test-pipes, k&n drop in filter. that should be enough for sound and some added power. maybe even the plenum spacer too.
then i'd get a drop.
then wheels. LEGIT wheels please. or at least some decent looking fake wheels.
then exhaust. you should be pretty much done with anything worth doing that doesn't break the bank. Forced Induction is the only surefire way to get over 300 rwhp. but the power you have already is more than enough for now.

Everything. Every panel custom molded carbon fiber. Carbon fiber bumpers. Racing strips. Giant carbon fiber spoiler. Loudest exhaust you can get. 2 12 inchers, Must be Alpine Type R's. All other subs suck. Get a remote start alarm, make sure the wheels are chrome, all chrome. Air intake, Chrome. Steal some seats out an S2000. Paint all the interior trim pieces yellow. Get a flip out deck, they're the best. Big Tachometers are so played out, get a wideband instead. Get 350Z springs and cut them, lower is better. If you have any money left over paint the taillights solid black and get a HID kit for the high beams, 12k only, make sure you put 12k in the low beams too, you probably will never turn them on again. Remember the underglow, not enough people do that anymore, it's time to bring it back. OH. Don't forget, and this is important: Plastidip the grill, all the exterior trim panels, and if you get bored, the rims too. Never reapply it, rock chips give it character. Only put in 87 Octane and it should be a pretty sweet ride.
