Angry g35x sub installation. NEED HELP

I have recently bought a 2004 g35x sedan. The car had all the wires in the trunk hanging from old sub woofers that were in the car. I have a stock deck, a 400w, 2 channel rockford fosgate amp, and 2 kicker L's. I hooked the amp and the subs up to the wire in the trunk, but when a cd plays, it seems to skip. The cd is perfectly clean with no scratches, and when the subs arent connect, the cd does not skip. Why is the cd skipping with my subs and how can I fix this?!?!? Thanks

Is the CD skipping, or is the audio cutting out?

The cd is cutting out . The cd is brand new and never did it before. Now that the subs are hooked up, the cds seems to cut out. When the radio is on, the is no skipping/cutting out involved. Remember, it is hooked up to my stock deck if that has anything to do with the problem. Thanks
