OEM 03 Bose faceplate

Up for sale is OEM 03 Bose faceplate(Silver)

1) 03 G35 coupe Bose faceplate only(Head unit is NOT included)
2) Climate control unit comes with it.(attached. dual type)
3) It's off from my car for the audio upgrade so I don't need this anymore.
4) Faceplace color is silver(Please see the pics above)

Would this fix the circuit board problem on my 03 sedan? where it don't not light up, and the ac goes on full blast...pretty common problem I guess. Thanks.
