Kenwood stereo help !

I bought a kenwood excelon x395 a few months ago and it always worked fine. but now recently, the subs will cut out. its not at high volumes or anything. jsut random songs. then il switch songs, or even fast forward a bit, and the subs will come right back on.

amp issue? grounding issue (mabye lose?), stereo software issue?

any help would be awesome, im calling crutchfield tonight to ask
