Single din for JDM double din conversion

Like the title says, I am looking for a converter to make my now double din JDM swap, into a single din. Reason being, is I can't afford a double din at the moment, and I have a single din player lying around. I mounted my CD player to the stock bracket, and it mounts perfect in the lower half. However, I know have a huge hole. Is there any kit that will bold up to the stock metal mounting bracket and provide a pocket in the remaining space?? I just don't want to put this back together until I make it look somewhat professional.

Has anyone found one that works? Or could be modified?

EDIT: This one (Scosche Ui2225B) doesn't fully work. Keep looking. This post kept here just so you know what one *DOESN'T* work.

Metra FTL.

Nissan OEM is what you want.

You want part #68475A on the right side of the pic.

However, because Nissan numbers all of their "Din Pockets" 68475, you will need the vehicle suffix, which I have yet to find. I believe it is 5L30A

Of course you could just save up and double din with OEM Nissan Parts, like I did.

Cool thanks!

Massios: I do have the OEM nissan double din console. I wouldn't buy the metra one cause I like OEM as well. The only issue is now I need to convert that to a single din for the time being. These references should get me started.

Well I could only find the Scosche one, so I bought it from amazon. The pocket can be set up to bolt with the right spacing, but it places the pocket about a quarter of an inch away from the center console and the piece that surrounds the pocket and the single din player doesn't work at all. So still a lot of space gaps.

All it really solved is it gave me a pocket to work with. I have now moved to fiberglassing the entire thing to make my own solution. Will post pics when i get things sorted out and painted.

Thanks for the update, I've changed my post to say it doesn't work perfectly. Wish somebody who had done it successfully would report what parts they used, but nobody's responded when I've asked.
