Here is an affordable and easy way to install a screen in your G35.
Just buy a Samsung Galaxy tab 7" along with the Galaxy car dock.
Place the dock inside the pocket on top of your stereo set.

For those who don't have the AAI-NIS (pac1) installed, you can just get an FM transmitter and hook your tab to it (like i did).

I have a friend who loved the idea of the tab but instead he installed a bluetooth in his car (Parrot) and had the dock fastened using VELCRO. Gave it a cleaner finish. (p.s. you should remove the back handle of the dock if you are going to use velcro)
