Scosche PAC ROEMNIS2

Used for wiring new head units with the factory bose system. Comes complete with both harness eventhough the picture doesn't show the other one. 20 + shipping.

Is this the part that enables the use of the factory controls on the steering wheel?

no it connects the headunit to the speakers only if you have the bose amp..

I have the bose setup and mine works without this?

If you use an aftermarket head unit you'd either need this or the metra harness to utalize your Bose speakers. This PAC one is said to work better with head units having issues with low volume after installing ..
