so my passenger window wont roll down after i took out my tail lights to black them out, anyone ever have that problem? my driver also wont roll all the way up in automatic mode, only in manual. but thats been that way since ive bought the car, but the passenger side just happened today. any ideas?

 

It may be a complete coincidence... Did you mess with any fuses?

 

nope, just took my tail lights apart and painted them. and now my interior is taken apart, putting in rcas for my subs

 

Check the window lock. I bumped mine on my sub install.

 

my other window still rolls down though, ill try, i didnt take apart any of the dash when i took apart the tail lights. im working on getting the back seat out now.

 

does the button for the window make any noise when u try to press it? if so I had that problem due to the molex connectors being pulled on (speaker installation) if the button doesnt do anything at all I would check fuses. The windows I believe are behind the battery. Not possitive though. Last step if all fuses are good is that it could have been just a coincidence that your window motor failed.(150$ oem replacement motor on ebay). good luck to ya and let us know what it is.
