I'm thinkin about upgrading from my stock bose as well, just know how deep that money pit has been in the past - not sure i wanna go there yet lol..

 

I would highly recommend the JVC KW-NT3HDT. If you shop around you should be able to find a new one for ~ $600 and it has all the features you are looking for as well as HD radio and lifetime traffic. Awesome deck!
