The speaker work fine, it's the amp you have to worry about.

I've no experience with that adapter, but the PAC ROEM-NIS2 has been used by many with good results.

Ok So I ordered my headunit from crunch field and they are giving me this for free http://www.crutchfield.com/p_1207075...s.html?tp=2977
And I also ordered the metra kit that comes with the wiring harness.
Now if I order the the PAC ROEM-NIS2 I won't be needing the harness I got for free and the metra kit harness right?
I would just connect the PAC ROEM-NIS2 to my new HU then connect to the factory oem harness....??

I'm not sure if I did it the right way, but it worked...

In the trunk, there is your Bose stock amp. Cut all the wires and reconnect them without the amp. I didn't re-wire all the speakers.

Ok I see I did something like that on my old 5th gen prelude that had a factory amp but there were some wires that didn't need to be connected.
Is there a DIY thread for doing it this way?
My searchs came empty

^ It took me like 2 days to find some info on this swap. It was best found through Google....
all I need was the wire color scheme and reconnect all the wires correctly.

Before I did it the way you are wanting to do it.

Install AM HU and take care of removing the bose amp later... but.. i had to take the HU out as well to replace the adapter that we originally used for the Bose amp. didnt really replace the adapter, but I had to cut the box thing off the wires and reconnect w/o that.

Alot of work, but as I'm reading, I'm sure you know a few things about this and was just trying to make sure before getting to work.

Good Luck,
it took me awhile.

Ok thanks yea Installed a bunch of systems in me and a few of my freinds cars mainly Hondas and acuras.but on the g35 it seems like its going to be a Lil more work with all the extra accessories needed.
I'm going to try doing it with the PAC ROEM-NIS2 and see how it sounds before I start cutting wires.

Westbank, just read through the stickies at the start of this forum. All your questions will be answered. Everything you need to know is in there. You could probably build your own bose amp with all the information listed in Wrathernaut's posts.
