sound goes in and out on the whole left side

I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out why the driver door speaker, tweater and rear deck speakers go in and out. At first i thought it was just my driver door speaker going out, but then if i went over small bumps in the road i could hear it cut back in. So then I thought it was just the wires to the speakers but i took off the doors trim and saw nothing wrong with the wires. Messing with the fader and balance and pulling the speaker and putting in a new one is when I found out the tweeter and the rear left speaker were all doing the same thing. Could this be a problem with my factory head unit? Any help would be apprecieated. Its an 04 G35 base sedan Bose audio and all. Also i have a cheap 300 W 8in sub from a friend and was thinking about swapping out the factory sub for this one until i get money to put in a system, can the factory amp handle it?

90% chance it's the connection on the ribbon cable connecting the faceplate to the headunit.
