'05 Coupe Battery Problem

Since yesterday, when I turn on the ignition, I hear a click noise and the battery goes out. I have to open up the battery area and wiggle the fuse piece left and right. This has been occurring 50% of the time. As for the fuse piece, I'm not quite sure what to call it... it's not the terminal with the + or - on it. Upon inspection, its an electrical piece, so I am guessing it's the fuse? It's the bottom portion of the two when you open up the battery area.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Time to clean your battery terminals and/or might be time for a new battery.

Exactly how can I go about cleaning the battery terminals? I'm pretty sure its not a battery life problem because I got it swapped out for a new one about 6 months ago..
